Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, 9.30am – 6pm

Contract: Staff

Salary: Depending on experience

Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol (hybrid working)

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Licensing and Brand team and reporting to the Marketing Director. Based at our HQ in central Bristol, we’re looking for someone who’s able to work in the studio a minimum of three days a week.

The Candidate:

We’re looking for experience of implementing creative strategies for brands, merchandise, live experiences, marketing campaigns and any area of exploitation. A creative background is required, accompanied with proven graphic design experience to visualise and lay out creative concepts and strategies (although design and art-working can be delegated to internal and external designers).

Experience of working in the licensing industry, managing character brands, product development, presenting design strategies and an understanding of international markets and particularly key Asian territories is required.

This is also a client facing position, where you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for a good team player with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills, energy to challenge the status quo and the ability to take people along with them.
