Hasbro and Natural History Museum unveil Peppa Pig apparel

Published on: 7th September 2023

The Adventurous Apparel line inspired by Peppa Pig features nature, dinosaur and outer space designs to spark curiosity and creativity.

Hasbro and the Natural History Museum have come together to release a brand-new line of clothing and merchandise inspired by Peppa Pig, available exclusively by F&F at Tesco supermarkets in the UK.

Peppa Pig encourages kids to jump in and explore the world around them, from the everyday to the epic. Inspired by this ethos, the Peppa Pig x Natural History Museum collection includes a colorful array of clothing. Each item features Peppa Pig and her brother George in a science or nature design, from pointing out buzzing bees and butterflies to riding on larger-than-life dinosaurs and floating among the stars, planets and meteors in outer space. An exclusive new plush toy will also be available for purchase.

“As we celebrate Hasbro’s 100th anniversary this year and lead into Peppa Pig’s 20th in 2024, we want to bring our littlest fans in on the fun with collaborations that foster creativity, adventure and a love of learning,” said Marianne James, vice president, EMEA and Asia, Licensed Consumer Products at Hasbro. “By bringing two award-winning and powerful brands together for this adorable collection at a British retailer, we’ve created something truly special for everyone’s favourite pig in her home market,”

As the UK’s most-visited indoor attraction, the Natural History Museum is an iconic institution that, like Peppa, encourages curious minds to learn and grow. Through this collaboration, families will support the Natural History Museum and its vision to build a future where both the planet and people thrive.

“We are excited to work with Peppa Pig, a brand that sparks such curiosity in children everywhere. Our mission is to create advocates for the planet and to inspire a love of nature, across all ages,” said Maxine Lister, head of Licensing at the Natural History Museum. “This colourful new collection is perfect for kids who love to learn about our natural world – and who just might be the next generation of scientists dedicated to protecting our planet.”

“We are really looking forward to launching this very special exclusive collaboration bringing two exciting brands together at Tesco,” added Natalie Ackerman senior Licensing manager at F&F Tesco.

This collaboration comes on the heels of an exciting co-branded experience in which Hasbro and the Natural History Museum transformed one of the Museum’s shops into Peppa Pig’s Discovery Playroom.

The Natural History Museum is a world-leading science centre and one of the most visited attractions in the UK. A global source of curiosity, inspiration and joy. The Museum’s licensing department continues to team up with prestigious brands and retailers which share its vision of creativity and sustainability both within the UK and globally.
