Cath Kidston and Paddington, two quintessentially British brands, are coming together for a unique, limited-edition collection this spring.
On 15th May, Cath Kidston will launch its Paddington collaboration, the first chapter in a bespoke series crafted for the adventures of the nation’s much-loved, marmalade-eating bear.
In its spring/summer 2024 range, Paddington joins Cath Kidston for a visit to London. Artfully combining the original 1950’s illustrations by Peggy Fortnum with Cath’s own reimagined archive, the collection explores Paddington’s favourite London spots in a series of intricate, hand-painted prints rich in narrative and detail.
From apparel to homewares and bags to pyjamas, Paddington fans will discover a unique limited-edition collaboration skilfully and lovingly designed to offer an immersive escape of storytelling and joy.
The range will be available while stocks last from 15th May, exclusively at Next in the UK, in Cath Kidston stores in Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and Korea, and on Next online globally.
Rachel Clarke, SVP Licensing & Retail UK, said: “We are very happy to unveil this unique collaboration with Cath Kidston, inspired by the original Paddington drawings by Peggy Fortnum. A celebration of Paddington and Cath Kidston’s British Heritage with a modern twist, it will delight all generations.”
