A partnership with Merge Games will see fans take part in the adventures of their favourite characters with Cry Babies Magic Tears: The Big Game.

Merge Games has announced a partnership with IMC Toys to bring its beloved toy brand and hit series to life in its first ever videogame: Cry Babies Magic Tears: The Big Game. Making its way to PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, as well as Xbox Series X|S, The Big Game invites young players into an imaginative world where tears provide the magic for an all-new adventure.

The Big Game is a friendly and fun adventure perfect for young players, who can join Lady, Coney, Dreamy and friends as they take part in an exciting tournament around multiple worlds inspired by the Cry Babies series, from Baby Bottle Valley to an all-new planet, Planet Tear. Along the way they’ll play hide and seek and solve puzzles to win the Golden Pacifier.

“The natural next step to offer fans the best Cry Babies experience was to make them part of the story,” said Marta Mirallas, Content & Entertainment director at IMC Toys. “Now they can feel like another character taking part in the adventures thanks to Cry Babies Magic Tears: The Big Game’.

Players can meet and play as 15 popular Cry Babies characters and explore familiar locations from the series. Taking part in fun mini-games will help them progress, and by using a second controller, two players can cooperate for double the fun. Within the game, players collect pink stars by exploring, then use them to get new clothes and outfits for the characters. All story scenes are animated and voiced just like the TV series, so players will feel they’re taking part in a whole new interactive episode.

With more than 4.5m loyal fans and 10m units sold in the last two years, the Cry Babies toy range has seen huge success in Europe and the US. The animated series, now on its sixth season, boasts more than 5.2b views across YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a host of local stations and streaming platforms worldwide.

Cry Babies Magic Tears: The Big Game is published by Merge Games, in partnership with IMC Toys. Physical versions will be available at a variety of, retailers including Signature Edition Games, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 & 5.
