Toikido’s new partnership with Fashion UK will see an apparel and footwear range for Piñata Smashlings hit retailer shelves from early 2024.

Toikido has formed a new partnership with leading licensing and branded products specialist, Fashion UK, to launch a dedicated apparel range for its first in-house IP, Piñata Smashlings.

The first IP created solely inhouse by Toikido, Piñata Smashlings is set to become one of 2023’s most exciting children’s brands, offering a unique and exciting Roblox game, together with suite of toys, collectibles, trading cards, books, plush and apparel – all scheduled for release from July 2023 onwards. Toikido has also recently announced a partnership with the powerhouse agency IMG to spearhead its licensing programme across EMEA, LATAM and ASIA.

A dedicated licensing partner, Fashion UK works closely with a growing portfolio of household brands including Disney, Minecraft, and Nintendo, distributing quality apparel, footwear and accessories across the UK and EMEA

In partnering with Toikido, Fashion UK is already working on a new and exciting apparel and footwear range for Pinata Smashlings, with the first products set to hit retailer shelves from early 2024.

Discussing the new partnership, Craig Moore, head of UK Sales and Operations, said: “Fashion UK is absolutely delighted to further expand our portfolio of amazing brands. Piñata Smashlings is a brand we’re excited to begin working with on the many exciting retail activities we have planned. Our Creative team is looking forward to working with ‘the most excitable and energetic’ creatures around.”

This latest announcement comes as Toikido prepares for the launch of the much-anticipated Pinata Smashlings Roblox game, with children set to visit the Piñataverse and meet hundreds of cheeky little Smashlings and playful Piñatas from this summer, and the launch of toys, plush and playsets from PMI, in the US.

Will Ochoa, CCO of Toikido, added: “The Pinata Smashlings IP is gaining pace, and quickly, with the brand set to take the global toy and entertainment industry by storm from this summer. We are delighted to be partnering with Fashion UK and for the team there to lead on the production of our very first Pinata Smashlings apparel, footwear, and accessories range. We are huge fans of the work Fashion UK delivers and could not be more excited for our Smashlings products to hit retailer shelves across the UK and EMEA in early 2024.”

Part of BM Fashions Group, Fashion UK works with all major retailers across EMEA and prides itself on creating bold and innovative products for their stores.
