Yu-Gi-Oh! movie promo to hit eight theme parks across the US

4K Media has partnered with Six Flags Entertainment to create a holiday promotion to tie in with new movie release Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions.

Six Flags will screen a preview to the movie during it’s Holiday in the Park season, that runs on select days from 19th November to the 1st January.

The promotion will be available to visitors to the parks in New Jersey (Six Flags Great Adventure), the Washington, D.C. area (Six Flags America), Georgia (Six Flags Over Georgia), Missouri (Six Flags St. Louis), Texas (Six Flags Over Texas and Six Flags Fiesta Texas), and California (Six Flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom).

Volunteers will demo Yu-Gi-Oh! The Trading Card Game on Saturday and Sunday, 10th and 11th December, and again on 17th and 18th December.

“We are pleased to present this exciting opportunity for people to experience the world’s favorite trading card game at their favorite theme park,” says Jennifer Coleman, vice president, marketing and licensing in a statement from 4K Media.

“Six Flags is the perfect promotional partner for us to engage with our fans, gain new fans and share in the excitement over the Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions movie release.”

A decade in the making, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions features new designs and an all-new story from the original creator of the global phenomenon, Kazuki Takahashi. You can view the trailer for the film below.
