Hunter teams with TV’s Killing Eve for capsule collection

Launching in February 2022, Hunter is introducing a new capsule collection in collaboration with BBC AMERICA’s and Sid Gentle Films’ BAFTA, Emmy and Golden Globe-winning television series Killing Eve, in a partnership facilitated by IMG.

The limited-edition capsule is inspired by the spirit of the show and its iconic style moments, and features two new designs for the brand. The Hunting is a mid-calf style boot available in Black and Olive and The Chasing is a knee-high style, available in Black, Olive and Camel colourways.

According to Hunter, the new designs aim to marry style with functionality and have been crafted to embrace the outdoors and exploration of the unknown – “reinterpreting the tough, daring and bold themes of the show to create something that could be worn in its cinematic world”.

Protection, innovation and intricate details are at the heart of the capsule, with each design made from waterproof Stetson leather, light natural rubber and recycled ballistic nylon with a recycled vegan shearling lining. The shorter Hunting Boot has a leather foot with a nylon upper and features a removable ankle strap and pouch, perfectly sized for essential items. Both styles are finished with Hunter’s new chunky high-grip sole made from FSC-certified rubber.

The collection will launch exclusively with SSENSE and globally on in early February before being available with selected stores including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, and Liberty.

Hunter collaborates with Disney to create Mickey Mouse inspired capsule collection

Hunter has collaborated with Disney to create a capsule collection inspired by the playfulness of Disney’s best known character.

Designed for the great outdoors, the collection includes reimagined best-selling rain boot styles, bags and accessories for women, men and kids featuring Mickey Mouse illustrations and an eye- catching take on Hunter’s red box logo.

Iconic styles from Hunter such as the Original Tall, Short and Chelsea boots feature a Mickey Mouse 3-D stamp. The Play boot for both men and women features an all-over print inspired by Hunter’s red box logo. For kids, boots are available in vibrant colourways including pink shiver, borealis blue and aurora orange and feature the takeover logo design.

Accessories including umbrellas and backpacks for both adults and kids feature the logo print in a range of colourways. The collection also includes versatile phone pouches, available in three colourways and incorporating the unmistakeable ear silhouette synonymous with Mickey Mouse.

Launching globally on November 15, the collection will be available to buy from and selected stores including Harrods, Nordstrom, ISETAN and Zalando.


Peppa Pig and Hunter launch second collection of wellies, backpacks, and accessories

Hasbro and Entertainment One’s Peppa Pig is at it again, helping kids prepare for all of those muddy puddles with the launch of a second collaboration collection of children’s wellies and accessories with Hunter.

Following on the heels of the successful first launch collection, the latest line up – featuring the Kids First Muddy Puddles Wellington boot, Backpack, Umbrella, and Kids Boots Socks – will be launching in time for the start of a new school year on August 2nd this year.

Through its partnership with Hunter, Peppa Pig continues to celebrate and encourage a love of nature and adventure. Each product features an exclusive camouflage pattern of Peppa Pig splashing in puddles. The print incorporates rain droplets and Peppa Pig herself wearing boots, a rain jacket and holding a Hunter umbrella.

The boot has been handcrafted from natural vegan rubber offering 100 waterproof protection and features the playful camouflage puddle print, available in Dragon Fly, Yarrow and Rose Metal.

Ranging from £25 to £50 the collection will be available online at Hunterboots com, Hunter retail stores and selected retailers from August 2nd 2021.

Hasbro celebrates ten years of Peppa Pig in the US with new content, toys, and consumer products

Marking one whole decade since Peppa Pig first set trotters down on US soil, Hasbro has detailed a programme of 10th anniversary activity, including a year-long pipeline of new content, a new Hasbro toy line, and a roster of marketing activations, brand collaborations, and promotions.

Marking ten years since the pre-school series first aired on the Nick Jr. channel in the US, the anniversary celebrations will kick off on March 1st with Best Of episodes of Peppa Pig airing Monday to Thursday on Nickelodeon. The week will conclude Friday, March 5th with a new four-part special from series nine.

New product launches for the US market will include a collaboration with Reebok and the launch of a limited edition Reebok x Peppa collection featuring five unique footwear skus for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Meanwhile, Hunter will debut a new collection in autumn for the back-to-school season, following on from its success of its Peppa Pig boots, outerwear and accessories.

These latest deals follow close behind a recent partnership with Urban Outfitters in the US for the brand’s first teen collection of apparel and accessories which featured artwork from Peppa’s debut music album release.

Four new publishing titles inspired by the US special episodes will also be released in summer 2021. Book title formats will include pop-up, sticker and story books featuring iconic Amercan locations.

The anniversary will also be celebrated with the release of a frozen yogurt flavor, tea-times with fans and expanded charity initiatives including National Jump in Muddy Puddles Day on April 1st, Peppa Pig Birthday Parties and Playdates with The Little Gym and a year-long campaign with The Muddy Puddles Project, including the brilliant event, Mess Fest.

Sony Pictures partners with Hunter to launch new Peter Rabbit footwear and accessories

Sony Pictures Consumer Products has partnered with the popular lifestyle brand Hunter to bring its hit family franchise Peter Rabbit to a new line of children’s boots and accessories.

Launched in celebration of the upcoming release of Peter Rabbit 2, The Runaway – the animated sequel to the family film Peter Rabbit – the collection features Peter and hit favourite place, the vegetable patch, across footwear for women, and footwear and accessories for kids.

The eagerly anticipated sequel Peter Rabbit 2, The Runaway stars the voices of James Corden as Peter Rabbit, Margot Robbie as Flopsy and Daisy Ridley as Cotton-Tail alongside Rose Byrne as Beatrix Potter and Domhnall Gleeson as Mr McGregor. Set in the British countryside of Gloucester, the film follows Peter Rabbit’s adventures with friends including new character Bad Seed Barnabas.

The new collection explores the relationship between Peter Rabbit, Hunter and the inherent British vegetable patch, including the iconic Original Tall Wellington Boot for women, handcrafted from 28 parts and available in two colours, adorned with classic British vegetable motifs.

For kids, Peter Rabbit makes an appearance, with the playful character hiding among carrots, cabbages and pumpkins across the Kids First Classic Wellington Boot and the Kids Grab Handle Wellington Boot. The furry hero is the perfect companion for all adventures with the Kids Original Backpack and Original Keyring.

As a gardening staple, an eager eye can spot Hunter product within the film.
