RHS gains scarf collection with Shruti Designs

RHS has tapped gifting manufacturer, Shruti Designs, to develop a collection of gifts and fashion items.

Slated for release in early 2018, the firm will create a range of scarves using floral designs inspired by artwork from the RHS Lindley Library.

Retailing for £20-£22, the scarves will boast two designs – one of flowers and the other of birds and flowers in silhouette.

“We’re delighted to be bringing the treasures of the RHS Lindley Library to this new and distinctive range of scarves,” said Sarah Lane, key account manager of Shruti Designs.

"We are certain our retail partners and their customers will be delighted with these wonderful fashion accessories.”

Each scarf will be sold through Junction 18, the sole distributor for Shruti-branded products, and will also be available online and through multiple retailers.

Cathy Snow, licensing manager for RHS, added: “Our licensing programme is attracting a growing number of respected designers of elegant apparel and accessories, and Shruti is a welcome addition to the list.

“The elegance and comfort of Shruti scarves and some truly delightful floral designs adapted from the RHS Lindley Library have combined to glorious effect in this new range.”
