Bob the Builder transformed into sand sculpture to celebrate toy launch

To mark the arrival of Mattel’s new Bob the Builder toy line, Bob and his digger Scoop have been made into a sand sculpture.

Fans will be able to clap their eyes on the sculpture at BeachEast Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, which weighs 60 tonnes.

Created by professional sand sculptors Sand in Your Eye, the sculpture stands over 10 feet tall and measures 15 feet in length.

It will also be on display for families to see at BeachEast, throughout the summer until September 4th.

Bob costume character appearances will also take place, as well as social media campaigns from Bob the Builder and BeachEast, which will encourage fans to post their own pictures with #BobandScoop.
