Ron Hougardy joins the company as its new director of consulting services, while Jackie Ferguson is named Dependable Rights’ new commercial director.

Dependable Solutions announces new team members

Ron Hougardy (pictured left) is joining Dependable Solutions as its new director of consulting services.

Prior to joining the company, Hougardy worked in royalty and licensing automation in the music and entertainment industries.

Marty Malysz, president and MD of Dependable Rights, said: “It is a pleasure to work with Ron again to help bridge our technical development and client services so we can stay on top of the many enhancements requested by our client.

“Ron has a true passion for software implementations and is a great addition to our team.”

Meanwhile, Dependable Rights is boosting its team with the addition of Jackie Ferguson (pictured right) as the company’s new commercial director.

In her new role, Ferguson will assist European and Australian licensors, licensing agents and licensees to help improve their automation processes.

Malysz added: “We look forward to Jackie’s strong communications skills to help us foster new relationships and to help keep our existing clients moving along smoothly.”

Ferguson has a strong background in licensing practices, having previously worked at BBC Worldwide, Saban Entertainment and LCI/Fox Kids.
