m4e names brand4rent as Russian agent for TV show Wissper

brand4rent has been named the new agent for m4e AG’s pre-school property, Wissper.

The firm will represent Wissper in Russia and CIS-territories, and will be responsible for representing any licensing and merchandising for the TV show.

In addition, EMEA master toy partner Simba Dickie Group will lead the consumer products program for the show.

Bernd Conrad, head of licensing at m4e AG, said: “Wissper is travelling the world. After major markets such as the US and Latin America, we are confident that the appeal of the brand will also attract girls in the Russian Federation territories.

“Being a dynamic and growing company, we are thrilled to be working with brand4rent as our counterpart in the important Russian market. The approach of Denis Kulakov (CEO) and his team is similar to ours. We very much look forward to a fruitful collaboration.”

There are 52 episodes in total, which have been created by London-based animation studio Absolutely Cuckoo, in co-production with m4e AG, Telegael, Discreet Art Productions and Bastei Media.
