Independent entertainment company Silvergate Media is launching its own dedicated television distribution arm.
The new division will be headed up Geraint Marsh, who will act as SVP global TV distribution and consumer products (Americas and France). He will be responsible for the global exploitation of rights across TV and digital media, as well as consumer products in the Americas and France for Silvergate’s key brands including Peter Rabbit and Octonauts.
Marsh joins the firm from France Télévisions Distribution, where he was EVP, TV and consumer products. Prior to this, he was SVP television sales at Chorion.
