Igloo Books is to release an autobiography for PG Tips ad star Monkey in September.
The new book will be the first of a number of published products Igloo will launch in 2013 and 2014.
The autobiography will profile Monkey’s life from his early years, through to his position as one of the most recognisable woolly actors in the world.
"Frankly, I think it’s about time that my story is added to the literary canon of the United Kingdom," said Monkey. ‘For years I have trodden the boards alongside the greats, adding grace and virtue to the works of mere hacks like Shakespeare and Osbourne, but now the world can experience true literary mastery."
The book joins other licensed products such as plush from Posh Paws, apparel from BCI, posters from GBeye, greetings cards from Danilo and masks from Mask-arade.
